Return Policy
You have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted otherwise.
RETURNS
When an item is returned, the refund, and how the refund is issued, may vary based on the condition of the item, how long the guest had the item and how the item was purchased.
The guest may return the item to any DYMON location.
The refund will be issued in the same payment method as used online. If the return falls outside of the return window, the guest may opt for an exchange or will receive a store credit for the amount paid.
All return policies apply to this process.
EXCHANGE
If the guest needs to exchange an item, they will need to return the item to any DYMON location.
Any difference in purchase will be refunded to a credit or debit card.
If the guest wishes to ship the item back for an exchange, they are responsible for covering the cost of shipping. The refund will be processed once the item has been returned to DYMON.ca
MISSING ITEMS
Sometimes, items may become unavailable after check out. DYMON will email the guest with options for a substitution prior to preparing the order.
As well, the guest will be offered a 10% discount on the substituted item.
Once a substitution has been selected, the order process will be completed.
