Dymon Confirms Expansion Plan – 14 New Locations & 2.8 Million+ Sq. Ft. Of Storage

Dymon Storage Corporation announced today its updated development program. The following additional properties have been acquired for the development of new Dymon Storage facilities in Ontario:


  • Etobicoke (The Queensway) 500,000 sq. ft.
  • Brampton (Airport Road) 160,000 sq. ft.
  • Oshawa (Five Points Mall) 250,000 sq. ft.
  • Burlington (Guelph Line) 130,000 sq. ft.
  • Toronto (Yorkdale) 250,000 sq. ft.
  • Toronto (Lawrence Avenue) 140,000 sq. ft.
  • Toronto (Eglinton Avenue) 140,000 sq. ft.
  • Toronto (York Mills) 250,000 sq. ft.
  • Whitby 140,000 sq. ft.
  • Ottawa (Lincoln Fields) 145,000 sq. ft.
  • Ottawa (Clyde at Baseline) 145,000 sq. ft.
  • Ottawa (Trainyards) 180,000 sq. ft.
  • Ottawa (Barrhaven) 140,000 sq. ft.
  • Ottawa (Bronson) 250,000 sq. ft.

  • TOTAL 2,820,000 sq. ft.

In addition to the projects identified above, Dymon has other properties under negotiation across the Greater Toronto Region and is targeted to have in excess of 4.3 million of developable square feet by the end of 2017. These projects are all part of Dymon’s ten (10) year eighty (80) facility expansion program during which it plans to build over 10 million square feet of its industry leading storage facilities.
